Kokio Chicken was born in 2013 in Los Angeles, California — a small kitchen with one big dream: to bring the authentic taste of Korean fried chicken to America. Word spread fast, and today Kokio serves New Mexico, Washington, and Texas from our Albuquerque headquarters.
